תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
משטרת ישראל לא תציב ולא תפעיל מערכת צילום מיוחדת ולא תעשה בה שימוש טכנולוגי, אלא בהתאם להוראות לפי פרק זה, ולאחר שנקבעו לגבי סוג מסוים של מערכת צילום מיוחדת תקנות לפי סעיף 10כג(א).
