23. החדל להיות שוטר יחזיר חפציו
מי שחדל להיות שוטר יחזיר מיד את כל כלי הנשק, המלבושים ושאר צרכים שסופקו לו לשם מילוי תפקידיו; לא עשה כן, דינו – קנס 300 לירות; השמיד או סילק חפץ מן החפצים במזיד או מתוך רשלנות פושעת, דינו – קנס כאמור ומאסר שלושה חדשים.
