תיקון: תשע״ז־3
פרק זה נועד להסדיר בדיקות התאמה לתפקיד למועמדים לתפקידים במשטרת ישראל ולנושאים בתפקידים בה, לשם הבטחת השמירה על טוהר המידות ועל תפקוד ראוי של המשטרה וחיזוק אמון הציבור במשטרה, במטרה להגן על שלום הציבור וביטחונו, והכול בדרך של שמירה מרבית על פרטיותם של הנבדקים.
