32. דין שוטר לתפקידים מיוחדים
תיקון: תשס״ו
מי שגוייס כאמור רואים אותו, לכל דבר וענין, כנמנה עם משטרת ישראל ויהיה כפוף לכל הוראות הפקודה הזאת בדבר סמכויות וחסינויות של שוטרים ולהוראות פרק ב׳ לחוק המשטרה; אולם לא תהיה לו זכות תביעה כלפי הקרן הכללית של המשטרה.
