38. דין שוטר מיוחד
שוטר מיוחד שנתמנה כאמור רואים אותו לכל דבר כנמנה עם משטרת ישראל, יהיו לו אותן סמכויות, חסיונות וחסינויות אשר לשוטר מן המנין, והוא יהיה נתון לאותה משמעת וסר לפקודתן של אותן רשויות, בכפוף להוראות סימן זה.
