49ח. סיוע הרשויות המקומיות
שר הפנים, בהתייעצות עם השר, רשאי בצו להורות לרשות המקומית לכונן משמר בתחומה ולטפל בגיוסם ורישומם של חברי המשמר, למעט אלה הנזכרים בסעיף 49ג(3).
