תיקון: תשנ״ח
משהובא עצור לתחנה והועבר לרשות הקצין הממונה, יערוך השוטר שביצע את המעצר, בסמוך ככל האפשר להבאת העצור לתחנה, דוח בכתב, שבו יפרט את נסיבות המעצר ויציין את מועד מסירת ההודעה על המעצר (להלן – מועד המעצר); הדוח יימסר לקצין הממונה.
