לא הסתיים הדיון המשמעתי בענינו של עצור, תוך 24 שעות ממועד מעצרו, ומצא הקצין המוסמך כי מוסיפה להתקיים העילה הקבועה בסעיף 77ח3(2), רשאי הוא לבקש להאריך את המעצר.
