77ח16. סמכות קצין שיפוט להארכת מעצר בצו
תיקון: תשנ״ח
(א)סבר קצין שיפוט בכיר, הדן בבקשה להארכת מעצר, כי לא ניתן יהיה לסיים את ההליכים המשמעתיים נגד העצור תוך תקופת המעצר, רשאי הוא להאריך את המעצר לתקופה נוספת שלא תעלה על 48 שעות.
(ב)צו להארכת מעצר ייערך בכתב וייכללו בו הפרטים המנויים בסעיף 77ח5.
