82. הנפת דגל
(א)המפקח הכללי רשאי לאסור הנפתו, הצגתו או פרישתו של דגל או סמל שיש בו כדי לעורר להפרעת השלום.
(ב)האיסור יכול שיהיה כללי או מסוייג לפי זמנים, מקומות או נסיבות שיפורשו.
(ג)כל שוטר רשאי לסלק דגל או סמל שהוצג או שנפרש בניגוד להוראה כאמור או בנסיבות שיש בהן כדי לעורר להפרעת השלום.
(ד)המפר הוראה לפי סעיף זה, דינו – קנס 300 לירות.
