תיקון: תשמ״ח
(א)לענין פקודה זו רואים את פקודות משטרת ישראל כדינים.
(ב)היתה סתירה בין הוראות המשטרה ובין פקודות המטה הארצי – עדיפות הוראות המשטרה; היתה סתירה בין פקודות המטה הארצי ובין פקודה אחרת – עדיפות פקודות המטה הארצי.
