20. עזבון חדל פרעון
עזבון חֲדַל פרעון שניתן להגיש נגדו תובענה לפי סעיף 19, יראו כל חבות בשל עילת התובענה כאילו היא חוב בר הוכחה נגד העזבון אף שלפי טבעה היא דרישה לדמי נזק בלתי קצובים שאינם נובעים מחוזה או מהבטחה או מהפרת נאמנות.
