21. פושט רגל
תיקון: תשע״ח
מי שניתן לגביו צו לפתיחת הליכים לפי חוק חדלות פירעון ושיקום כלכלי, התשע״ח–2018, יכול לתבוע על עוולה; ואולם –
(1)הזכות לתבוע על עוולה שגרמה נזק ממון לנכסי מי שניתן לגביו צו לפתיחת הליכים לפי החוק האמור תעבור לידי הנאמן או תמומש בידיו;
(2)(נמחקה);
(3)סעיף זה כפוף להוראות סעיף 19.
