42. מיטרד לציבור
מיטרד לציבור הוא מעשה שאינו כדין או מחדל מחובה משפטית, כשהמעשה או המחדל מסכן את החיים, הבטיחות, הבריאות, הרכוש או הנוחות של הציבור, או שהוא מכשול לציבור להשתמש בזכות מזכויות הכלל.
