69. אשם תורם שגרם מוות
מת אדם עקב אשמו שלו ושל אחר, ואילו הוגשה תובענה לטובת העזבון לפי סעיף 19 היה בית המשפט מפחית את הפיצויים לפי סעיף 68(א), הרי אם תוגש תובענה לטובת התלויים באותו אדם לפי סעיף 78 יופחתו הפיצויים בשיעור יחסי.
