70. טענת התיישנות
בכל מקרה שחל עליו סעיף 68(א) ואחד מבני האשם פוטר עצמו מחבותו כלפי בר־אשם פלוני או בא־כוחו החוקי, בהסתמך על דין התיישנות, לא יהיה זכאי להיפָּרע מאותו פלוני או מבא־כוחו פיצויים או השתתפות מכוח הסעיף האמור.
