73. תנאים למתן ציווי
בית המשפט לא יתן ציווי לשעה אלא אם ראה להנחת דעתו, על פי תצהיר או בדרך אחרת, כי קיימת שאלה של ממש שיש לדון בה, וקרוב לודאי שהתובע יהא זכאי לתרופה ושיהא קשה, או אי אפשר, לעשות מלוא הצדק בשלב מאוחר יותר אם לא יינתן ציווי לשעה.
