74. מקום שאין ליתן ציווי
בית המשפט לא יתן ציווי, אם הוא סבור שהפגיעה או הנזק שנגרמו לתובע הם קטנים וניתנים להערכה בכסף ולפיצוי מספיק בתשלום כסף, ומתן ציווי יהיה בו משום התעמרות בנתבע, אך רשאי הוא לפסוק פיצויים.
