79. הזכאי להגיש תובענה
תובענה לפיצויים לפי סעיף 78 תוגש על ידי מבצע הצוואה, או מנהל העזבון, או היורשים של המת, לטובת בן זוגו, הורו וילדו, או לטובת אלה מהם שעודם בחיים; אם תוך ששה חדשים לאחר מות הנפגע לא הוגשה תובענה כאמור – כל מי שלטובתו אפשר היה להגישה רשאי להגישה בשם כולם או בשם מקצתם.
