80. הפיצויים וחישובם
בתובענה לפי סעיף 78 יש למסור פרטים בדבר האנשים שלטובתם היא מוגשת ובדבר הפסד הממון שסבל כל אחד מהם עקב מות הנפגע, והפיצויים יינתנו בעד הפסד הממון שסבלו למעשה, או עתידים לסבול אותו למעשה, ובכלל זה הוצאות שהוציאו לקבורתו; לאחר שינוכו מסכום הפיצויים הוצאות משפט שלא נגבו מהנתבע, יקבע בית המשפט בשעת שפיטה, את חלקו של כל אחד מן הזכאים בסכום הנותר.
