7ד. הצטרפות עובד ציבור כנתבע לתובענה
תיקון: תשס״ה
עובד ציבור רשאי להצטרף כנתבע לתובענה שהוגשה נגד המדינה או נגד הרשות הציבורית, לפי הענין, בשל מעשה שהיה אחראי בשלו אלמלא הוראת סעיף 7א(א), או לשמור, על אף הוראות סעיפים 7א עד 7ג, על מעמדו כנתבע בתובענה שהוגשה נגדו.
