7ה. תקנות
תיקון: תשס״ה
שר המשפטים, באישור ועדת החוקה חוק ומשפט של הכנסת, רשאי להתקין תקנות לביצוע הוראות סעיפים 7ב עד 7ד, לרבות בענין –
(1)סדרי דין ומועדים;
(2)חובת מתן הודעה למדינה או לרשות הציבורית על הגשת תביעה;
(3)התנאים למסירת הודעה על ידי המדינה כאמור בסעיף 7ב(א), והמוסמך לאשר את מסירתה.
