81. סכומים שלא יחושבו
בקביעת סכום הפיצויים לא יובאו בחשבון –
(1)סכום שנתקבל או שזכאים לקבלו במות המת לפי חוזה ביטוח;
(2)סכום ששולם או שחייבים לשלמו לרגל האבל על המת.
