14יא. עתירה
תיקון: תש״ע, תשפ״ד
(א)אין בהגשת עתירה לבית המשפט לעניינים מינהליים על דרישה לתשלום עיצום כספי לפי חוק זה, כדי לעכב את תשלום העיצום הכספי, אלא בהסכמת הרשם או אם בית המשפט הורה על כך.
(ב)התקבלה עתירה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), לאחר ששולם העיצום הכספי, יוחזר הסכום ששולם בתוספת ריבית שקלית מיום תשלומו עד יום החזרתו, ויחולו הוראות חוק פסיקת ריבית והצמדה לעניין ריבית זו, בשינויים המחויבים.
