תיקון: תש״ע
הוטל עיצום כספי לפי הוראות חוק זה, רשאי הרשם לפרסם בעיתון או בכל דרך אחרת את דבר הטלת העיצום הכספי וסכומו, את שמו של המפר ואת מהות ההפרה שבשלה הוטל העיצום הכספי ונסיבותיה, ורשאי הרשם להורות למפר לפרסם על חשבונו אל המפר פרסום כאמור.
