16. הספקה למי וכיצד
תיקון: תשמ״ב, תשנ״ד, תשפ״ה
(א)רופא לא יספק סם מסוכן אלא לחולה הנמצא בטיפולו ולשם טיפול מידי במקום.
(ב)רופא שקיבל רשות לפי סעיף 41 לפקודת הרוקחים לחלק תרופות –
(1)לא יספק סמים מסוכנים מעל הכמות הדרושה לחולה ל־10 ימים;
(2)ירשום כל הוצאה והכנסה של סמים מסוכנים בפנקס הסמים המסוכנים בהתאם לפרק ה׳.
