2. רשיון לניהול עסק
לא יחזיק אדם מפעל לייצור סמים מסוכנים או מקום להחסנתם, למכירתם או לחלוקתם, ולא יינתן לאדם רשיון לעסק כאמור, אלא אם נמצא בו ובכל סניף שלו רוקח מורשה, אלא אם נקבע ברשיון אחרת.
