3. החזקת סם על ידי רוקח מורשה
בנוסף לאמור בסעיף 11(1) לפקודה רוקח מורשה רשאי להחזיק סמים מסוכנים כמפורט בחלק ב׳ לתוספת לפקודה ולסחור בהם במקומות שבהם הוא ממונה על הסמים המסוכנים.
