13. היקף העסקה במקרקעין
עסקה במקרקעין חלה על הקרקע יחד עם כל המנוי בסעיפים 11 ו־12, ואין תוקף לעסקה בחלק מסויים במקרקעין, והכל כשאין בחוק הוראה אחרת.
