157א. הגבלת משך תקפו של עיקול ומחיקתו
תיקון: תשנ״ב
(א)עברו עשר שנים מיום שנרשם עיקול, רשאי הרשם למחקו אלא אם כן הוגש לרישום צו להארכת תקפו.
(ב)החליט הרשם למחוק עיקול בתום התקופה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), ישלח הודעה, לפחות ארבעים וחמישה ימים לפני המחיקה, למי שהעיקול נרשם לזכותו, ככל שמענו ידוע, או יפרסם על כך הודעה בשני עתונים יומיים.
