תיקון: תשע״ב־4, תשפ״ב
על אף האמור בחוק זה, נמכרה זכות במקרקעין שהיא יחידת מגורים במכירה לפי סעיף 49לג1, יראו זכות ליחידת מגורים שהתקבלה תמורת יחידת המגורים הנמכרת כדירת מגורים כהגדרתה בסעיף 9(ג) לעניין מס רכישה או כדירת מגורים לעניין מס שבח, לפי העניין.
