הוראות פרק זה יחולו על מכירת זכות נמכרת לפי סעיף 49לג שנעשתה בתקופה שמיום ט׳ באייר התשס״ה (18 במאי 2005) ועד יום ט׳ בטבת התשצ״ג (31 בדצמבר 2033) ולעניין מכירת זכות נמכרת לפי סעיף 49לג1 – מיום י״ט בטבת התשע״ג (1 בינואר 2013) עד יום ט׳ בטבת התשצ״ג (31 בדצמבר 2033).
