12. פסק־דין הטעון הבהרה
תיקון: תשס״ט
היה רשם ההוצאה לפועל סבור שפסק הדין או חלק ממנו טעון הבהרה לשם ביצועו, רשאי הוא לפנות בכתב לבית המשפט שנתנו כדי לקבל הבהרה; אין בפנייה זו כדי לעכב ביצועו של אותו חלק של פסק הדין שאינו טעון הבהרה.
