20יז. מסירת מידע על החייב
תיקון: תשע״ג־2
(א)בעת הגשת בקשה לביצוע במסלול מזונות, ימסור הזוכה כל מידע הידוע לו על החייב העשוי לסייע בגביית החוב.
(ב)הגיע לידיעת הזוכה, בכל שלב שבו מתנהל התיק, מידע על החייב העשוי לסייע בגביית החוב, יודיע על כך מיד ללשכת ההוצאה לפועל.
(ג)לעניין זוכה שהוא המוסד, יחול סעיף זה על מידע שהמוסד רשאי לעשות בו שימוש לשם גביית החוב.
