37. רישום זכות במקרקעין שעוקלו
תיקון: תשס״ט
לא הוגשה במועד שנקבע בתקנות כל הצעת קניה, או שהוגשה הצעת קניה במחיר ירוד, או שרשם ההוצאה לפועל לא ראה סיכוי סביר לביצוע פסק־הדין בדרך אחרת, רשאי הוא לצוות על מסירת החזקה במקרקעין המעוקלים או על רישום שכירות או משכנתה או שתיהן כאחת באותם מקרקעין, בתנאים שקבע, לשם פרעון החוב הפסוק, כולו או מקצתו.
