4. מנהלי לשכות ההוצאה לפועל ומנהל מערכת ההוצאה לפועל
תיקון: תשס״ט
(א)שר המשפטים ימנה מנהלי לשכות הוצאה לפועל; המינוי יפורסם ברשומות.
(ב)שר המשפטים ימנה את מנהל מערכת ההוצאה לפועל שיהיה אחראי לפניו על מערך ההוצאה לפועל ועל ביצועם של סדרי המינהל בלשכות ההוצאה לפועל; למנהל מערכת ההוצאה לפועל יהיו כל הסמכויות הנתונות למנהל לשכת הוצאה לפועל; מינוי מנהל מערכת ההוצאה לפועל יפורסם ברשומות.
