69ב13. תנאים לביטול הכרה
תיקון: תשע״ט־2
זוכה רשאי להגיש בקשה לבטל את ההכרה בחייב בתיק (בסימן זה – בקשה לביטול הכרה), אם החל במועד ההכרה החייב לא שילם במועד את אחד מאלה:
(1)שלושה תשלומים לפחות בשנה ממועד ההכרה;
(2)שישה תשלומים לפחות.
