69י. ביטול הכרזת חייב כמוגבל באמצעים
תיקון: תשנ״ד־2, תשס״ט
רשם ההוצאה לפועל רשאי, בכל עת, מיוזמתו או על פי בקשה, לבטל הכרזה של חייב כמוגבל באמצעים, לרבות במקרים של פרעון החוב או של הסכם בין הזוכה לחייב, לענין פרעון חוב, שאישר רשם ההוצאה לפועל; בוטלה ההכרזה – בטלות גם ההגבלות שהוטלו על החייב, זולת אם נקבע אחרת כאמור בסעיף 69ט.
