תיקון: תשע״ה־3
רשם ההוצאה לפועל רשאי, בכל עת, לבטל צו הפטר שנתן לחייב לפי הוראות סימן זה, אם מצא כי צו ההפטר ניתן על סמך מידע שגוי או כוזב ויש בכך כדי להצדיק את ביטולו.
