71. סייג למתן צו הבאה או צו מאסר
תיקון: תש״ן, תשנ״ד־2, תשע״ד
(א)לא יינתן צו הבאה או מאסר אם היה החייב קטין או פסול־דין.
(ב)לא יינתן צו הבאה אם היה החייב בן־זוגו של הזוכה או אחד מצאצאיו או הוריו, זולת אם פסק הדין הוא למזונות כאמור בסעיף 74.
(ג)(נמחק).
