74ט. מבחן יכולת הפרעון
תיקון: תשנ״א־4, תשנ״ד־2, תשס״ט, תשפ״א
(א)לא יינתן צו איחוד אלא אם כן נוכח רשם ההוצאה לפועל, לאחר חקירת היכולת של החייב ובהתחשב בנכסיו העתידיים, לרבות בכושר השתכרותו, כי החייב יוכל לפרוע את חובותיו בכל התיקים התלויים ועומדים נגדו תוך פרקי הזמן הקבועים בסעיף 7א1 או אם הסכימו לכך כל הזוכים – תוך פרק זמן ארוך יותר.
