תיקון: תשנ״ד־2
סכומי האגרה המיוחדת יועברו לקרן מיוחדת, שתעמוד לרשות משטרת ישראל לצורך מימון הפעלתה של היחידה המיוחדת; העברת סכומי האגרה תיעשה ב־15 בכל חודש לגבי החודש שקדם לו.
