74כד. היוועדות חזותית
תיקון: תשע״ו
דיון לפני רשם ההוצאה לפועל כמפורט להלן, יכול שיהיה באמצעות היוועדות חזותית, בכפוף להוראות פרק זה:
(1)דיון בחקירת יכולת שאליו התייצב החייב לפי סעיפים 7(א1), 66ג(ב) או 66ה(ב);
(2)דיון שאליו הובא החייב על פי צו הבאה כאמור בסעיף 69יב(ג);
(3)דיון שאליו הובא החייב לאחר שנאסר, כאמור בסעיפים 70(ד) או 74(ד).
