78. מות החייב
תיקון: תשס״ט, תשע״ח־8
מת החייב, אין בכך כדי למנוע או להפסיק הליכים נגד עזבונו, בין שחולק העזבון ובין שטרם חולק, ורשאי רשם ההוצאה לפועל לנקוט בהליכים לפי חוק זה כלפי נכסי העזבון שבידי מנהלי העזבון או היורשים, לרבות הזוכים במנה על־פי צוואה או בהליכים לפי סעיף 78א כלפי נכסי העיזבון שבידי צד שלישי.
