תיקון: תשמ״ט
מסמך שהופק באמצעות מערכת ממוכנת שבלשכה והכולל פרטים בדבר תוכנם של צו, דרישה, אזהרה או מסמך אחר, ישמש ראיה לכאורה לנכונות האמור בו, אולם לא יקובל מסמך בהליך משפטי אלא אם כן פקיד הלשכה אישר על גביו בחתימת ידו שהופק כאמור.
