81. חיוב שדינו כפסק דין
תיקון: תשס״ב
משכנתאות רשומות על מקרקעין, וכן החלטות, צווים, פסקי דין ומסמכים שנקבע לגביהם בכל דין כי יש לבצעם כמו פסק דין של בית משפט, יחולו עליהם הוראות חוק זה, בשינויים המחוייבים, ולענין משכנתה על דירת מגורים המשמשת למגורים של יחיד או משכון על זכויות לגבי דירת מגורים כאמור – גם בשינויים המפורטים בסעיף 81ב1.
