לא הגיש הזוכה בקשה לביצוע פסק הדין, רשאי החייב לבקש מרשם ההוצאה לפועל הוראות בדבר קיום פסק הדין, ויהא פטור מאחריות אם פעל בתום לב לפי הוראות רשם ההוצאה לפועל.
