הליך שהוחל בו לפני תחילתו של חוק זה, יחול עליו הדין הקודם, אולם רשאי רשם ההוצאה לפועל להחיל עליו הוראות חוק זה אם ביקש זאת אחד הצדדים ולאחר שנתן הזדמנות לצד השני להשמיע טענותיו.
