103. הסכמת בעל הבית להחזרת המושכר
השיב בעל הבית שהוא מסכים להחזיר לעצמו את ההחזקה במושכר כאמור בסעיף 102(1) או (2), יחולו הוראות סעיפים 87, 88, 91 ו־92 לפי הענין ובשינויים המחוייבים.
