116. תשלום דמי מפתח לפני ביצוע צו הדיור
האדם שלזכותו ניתן צו הדיור לא יקבל את ההחזקה במושכר אלא לאחר שהרשות שילמה לבעל הבית ולדייר היוצא, או השלישה לזכותם, את חלקם בסכום דמי־המפתח כפי שהוסכם עליו ביניהם, או – באין הסכם – כפי שקבע שמאי מקרקעין, כמשמעותו בחוק שמאי מקרקעין, תשכ״ב–1962, שהזמינה אותו הרשות.
